MISSION
Our mission is to create opportunities for athletes to build their future on and off the court by sharing our values,
knowledge and unique experiences as collegiate and professional volleyball players. Our athletes will thrive in a competitive yet nurturing environment with focus on everything from mental preparation to technical development. Our goal is to develop a community of whole athletes and good people guided by the pillars of transparency, integrity, accountability and respect.
WHO WE ARE
Apex Volleyball offers travel club teams, technical training, and recruiting services to the Greater Charleston Area out of Apex HQ, our new, two-court facility in North Charleston.
WHAT WE OFFER
MECHANICS TRAINING & AGILITY
Off-court training translates to on-court performance.
Our programming will focus on mirroring volleyball-specific movements across
all strength and agility training to effectively elevate our athletes' game.
MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING
An athlete's state of mind makes a significant difference in their performance.
Our MPC program will set a foundation for mindfulness and
competing with intention both as individuals and as a team.
RECRUITING ASSISTANCE
Every athlete's recruiting journey is unique, but they don't have to do it alone.
We have years of personal and professional experience with helping
athletes find the right fit for their academic and athletic needs.
EXPERIENCE
Each of us has experienced volleyball from the player and coach perspective.
We provide an invaluable resource of collective knowledge and a growing network.
