Cancellation Policy

Revised Booking Policy for Apex Showcases & Camps (Mar 5, 2025). IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the booking policy for showcases and camps only. ——— 1. REGISTRATION: * All registrations are automatically confirmed upon payment. * If the event is sold out, you may join the waitlist. Apex staff will invite those waitlisted based on timestamp of registration as spots become available . 2. PAYMENT: * All payments are due at time of registration and must be made online. * We do not offer discounted pricing for partial attendance of the event. 3. TARDINESS: * We reserve the right to begin the event at the scheduled time despite any late arrivals. * Late arrivals are not eligible for discounts or refunds. 4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: * Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least seven days prior to the first scheduled session of the event to be subject to a full refund (minus transaction fees). * Cancellations made within seven days of the first scheduled session may be subject to a refund of 50% of the registration cost. * No-shows may not be eligible for a refund. * Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and will be processed within ten business days. 5. SERVICE CHANGES: * We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event (or portions of the event) due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. * In the event of a cancellation by Apex Volleyball, the showcase or camp will be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided. 6. ATHLETE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Athletes and their parents are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at time of registration. * Athletes are expected to adhere to any rules and guidelines set forth by Apex Volleyball’s staff. * Athletes are responsible for informing the staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their participation. * Failure to follow any of the above requirements may result in the athlete being unable to participate or receive a refund. 7.
